If One Developed Colon Cancer Could It Create A Tear In The Vaginal Wall?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have had colitis and irritable bowel syndroms for years now. I am post-menopausal, had hysterectomy when I was 30 years old, and found traces of blood in my panties for a week now. Last year, I thougt the pain I had on the right side of lower abdomen was appendicitis but it was not the case. Also, no blood was found in a urine test two days ago. A retired nurse, old friend of mine, said that I could have a fissure in the vagina. If I had developed colon cancer, could it create a tear or fissure in the vagina wall, eventhough I had hysterectomy?
