I'm taking suboxone and latuda. Since starting them I have been back and forth to the doctor over my prolactin levels. At one time it was as high as 400. I've had an mri. My results saying there was no tumor but I did have sphenoid sinusitis. The first month I took suboxone I missed my period and that's what started my prolactin journey.it was at 40 the first time I has my blood drawn. I'm not sure if that's the first time it was high but that was the first time I had missed a period. Ever since I aged into my 20s my period had been very light. I had my first child at age 18 and tho they didn't leak per say, I could get "milk" from my breast if I squeezed ever since. And to be honest, now that I think about it I can not say a 100% that I've never missed a period since I has my twins at the age of 22 since I never paid much attention because for one I partied alot and two, I didn't care because my tubes are tied. So yesterday I got my tsh, t4, and t3 checked. Results saying tsh was normal, t3 was normal but t4 was low. What exactly does that mean? What do I need to do about it? And could the suboxone or latuda be the cause for the whole hormone imbalance issue in the first place? Please help. I feel like my doctors don't care. I cant get any answers especially if i dont do my research to find out what questions to ask cuz God forbide they go "out of their way" to care and help me. Plus, my loved ones don't want to hear about it either. I feel very alone.
