Is Ativan The Right Medicine For Autoimmune Hepatitis?

I am taking .10 mg of Ativan daily but do have autoimmune hepatitis however have perfect liver enzyme numbers do I have to worry about taking this drug. I am taking it for anxiety and it really helps a lot. I have been taking this about six months now.
