Is BV Associated With Itchy Foul Vaginal Discharge?

hello doctor..!! i have this foul odour, very smelly yellow/ greyish discharge, an itch sometimes and abit of redness down there. i had a swab test a year ago and it came out clear for gonnorea and clamydia, my doctor prescribed anti biotics for BV however these medications did not work for me as d symptoms persisted. i even tried a vagina gel, RELACTAGEL which also did not work. I am so frustrated, what could be wrong
