Dear Doc,

I am an Indian presently I am serving in africa, for past two months I am having severe sinus problem shown it to my doc, he has prescribed beclate nasal spray and citrizine tabs, it gives me temporary relief, moment I stop taking that symptoms reoccur it becomes worse when I travel by air and the pressure in fore head becomes unbearable, like a brain Hemmorage also lot of pressure is towards left side of cheek below the eyes



May I request your opinon please because there is No ENT spl here thanx .
