Is Mylanta A Good Alternative Of Zantac For The Treatment Of Chest Pain After Having Food?
I have severe pain on my upper right side of chest and pain in my back along with it.If i bend over after eating the pain gets worse. I have been using zantac at night and it helps but it is also constipating.Do you have any suggestions,would mylanta be as good since t has magnesium in it ?

Upper right chest pain could be due to hyperacidity and best medicine for this is Omeprazole once in day, but differential diagnosis need to be found too, it can be due to cardiovascular disease or it can be due to pulmonary disease, Omeprazole need to be continued for long time.
