Is Propranolol Causing Increased Heart Rate And Headaches?

I'm 23 yrs old, and 35 weeks pregnant, I currently take propranolol 40mg 3 times a day, my headaches have returned after having about a month off from getting any, my blood pressure is 118/ 72 and heart rate of 80 should I be worried? I do feel more tired now but not sure if its due to the pregnancy
