Is Solpadol Causing Dizziness, Lightheadedness And Sickness?

i have been taking solpadol for my severe back pains, its in my lower back but also just below my shoulders, I cannot walk properly , stand up straight, when I walk I limp, I cant sit up without feeling pain, I think im also suffering from side effects such as dizziness and lightheadness, sickness.
