Is Tri-Sprintec A Good Contraceptive?

I just switched on Sunday to Tri-Sprintec from Gianvi (I was on Gianvi for 10 or 11 months). On Friday, around 2:30pm, I had unprotected sex and he did not pull out. Friday night around 2am, I took Plan B One Step. I'm still really worried, should I be in the clear? I just need something to put my mind to rest.
