Is Chrondoblastoma Highly Malignant?

i am a 30 yr old male who coaches football,after getting mri on knee they found tumor that they think is chrondoblastoma , then after cat scan it reads Mildly expansile lytic mass of the distal metaphysis and epiphysis of the femur anterolaterally.The mass has a homogeneous internal matrix.The differential diagnosis includes chrondroblastoma,brown tumor if the patient has renal osteodystrophy,and less likely giant cell tumor,unicameral bone cyst,plasmocytoma(malingnent),and even less likely metastasis.just scaredof malignent.Any feed back wqould help of your thoughts
