Is Endolymphatic ,related With Clogged Ears?

I get a blocked ear/ clogged full feeling with roaring tinnitus every two /three days...its lasts for around two day.then eases off. In between there are popping, clicking noises -apart from the various tinnitus sounds, crickets, bells whistles - these have been with me for 27yrs. I have been diagnosed with Endolymphatic hydrops (without the vertigo). Had MRI, CT scan, allergy/blood tests, etc. I have tried everything I know of, low salt /sugar, vitamins , good diet, etc. This is very distressing and disturbing. Im wondering if it is an allergy as I have post nasal drip. My ENT and DR say there is nothing they can do. Due to radical mastoidectomy on left ear I rely on my right (affected) ear for all sound.
