Is Fibromyalgia, Related With Black Spots On Breast And Thigh?

I am a 45 yr old woman, I have black spots under my boobs. I have seen my regular physician, he said that it is a staph infection. These spots will not go away, 3rd round of antibiotics. They sometimes leak when rubbed. I also have a spot on my thigh, that almost looks like a wart, it started out looking like a pimple, won't pop though. Almost feel like a planters wart on my foot, stuck a pin in it to try to drain, but it goes in too deep. I am on a variety of NSAIDS for Fibromyalgia and RA.
