hi, im almost 39 yrs, married with 3 children.

had intercourse after 9 days that my periods finished.

Noticed a dark red smear after when i went to the toilet and wiped. Seen it once before a couple of months ago. Wiped only once and seen it, did not see it again.

Had a pap smear and swabs 2 months ago , all was good.

Do you know why this has happened and is it of a concern?

In the past i have suffered endometriosis,fibroids, cysts & painful clotty and heavy periods, but they only last 3-4 days.

now, they seem to last 2 - 3 days.
