Is It Normal For A Grayish Black Scab To Come Out After Nasal Cauterization On The Fourth Day?

I got my nose cauterized last Thursday, and I noticed when I was dabbing my nose after I sprayed saline that I had a grayish black, I’m assuming the scab, with some snot came out. This was last night (Monday), Which makes it four days since the procedure. I don’t know if it was the whole scab or just part of it but the remainder of the night and a little bit this morning. My nose was running as it was the same day I got it done, but it has not run as much or at all since this morning. I am wondering if that is normal and or OK? I haven’t had any nose bleeding since the cauterization, or when the scab fell off or whatever it was.
