When a male thinks about any erotic scenes or touch a girl or looking at a girl closely, the penis gets erected and some times after that, prostate some gel like liquid without any colour releases out of the penis, - Is that prostate liquid or some other liquid? Is this release a natural or a abnormal scenario. If it is an abnormal scenario, what would be the cause and the treatment.
