Is It Normal To Have Jelly-like Discharge In A Person With Regular Periods?

Hi, I'm 24 years old, married, and I stopped taking any form of birth control in Feb. My husband and I have been using condoms to prevent pregnacy, but today is the second time I've noticed what is an unusual (for me) discharge. I have a pelvic exam yearly and am also checked for std's, which all come back fine. I did, at one time, have abnormal pap smears, but have not had one for the last 3-4 years. The best way I can describe the dicharge is a thick, jelly-like glob. I noticed it when I went to the bathroom, but I have no other symptoms. I've only noticed this one time before, since I've stopped using any form of contraceptives. Please tell me if this is normal for someone who is on a normal cycle....Thanks
