Is It Safe To Use An Antibiotic Eye Ointment For Blurred Vision Due To A Bacterial Infection?

i have anti biotic eye ointment for a bacteria infection in my eye and was told to use it 4xs a day but when i sleep i always miss a dose and when i wake up in the morning my vision is back to being blurry? is it ok to use the ointment at least an hr earlier then i am supposed to so i can put it in before bed?

You can and you should put it before bed because it prevents the pooling if the secretions.
