Is It Unsafe To Take Latroze When Follicle Size Is Big?

Hi, I had right ovarian chocolate cyst & got dissolved 2 months before, I was latroze this month, on 10th day i had a follicle in right ovary measuring 1.3 * 1.8, & on 13th day it was 2.4*3.3. My Gyn stopped the medication saying the follicle size is too large & told to continue the medication for next cycle. is there any serious problem
