Is Lichen Planus Curable?

hello dr. my report is skin biosphy show compact orthokeratosis wedge shape hypergranulosis and irregular acanthosis. there is band like infiltrate, predominatly or lymphocytes at the dermoepidermal interphase. basal layer show vacuolar alteration together with mild pigment incontinence. ther is no vasculitis or histiocytic granulomas. opinion is lichen planus. my gueries is any cure & how long treatment and 23y old young girl
