hi doctorsmy wife first pregnancy had missed abortion in 7th weak cardiac activity came downnow she is pregnant as per lmp today is 9wks +2dayshad usg today and doctor says crl is 8.3 mm and 6wks 5 day duration no cardiac activity? missed abortion any profesional opinion plz

i may understand ur concern.but if in ur scan there is 6 weeks gestation with no cardiac activity then there is very less chances to continue it,but plz do not loose hope ,if i were ur doctor then i would have advised u inj.HUCOG 10000 iu biweekly,tab susten 200 mg twice daily,tab folvite 15 mcg daily for 15 days and then repeat scan and absolute bed rest.lets hope for the best result.
