Is Piles, Related With Blood Spotting After Urination?
Hi I am not sure if i have piles or not. Brief history: Had a baby 3 years ago. 2 years ago i started getting a tiny amount of spotting after a poo. Then 6 months ago i went and when i looked doen the toilet it was full of blood. I guess an internal pile had burst?? Anyway, nothing since then, no spotting etc. Then all of a sudden a few days ago the same thing happened. Then it happened again today. it is fresh red blood but there is alot - not spotting! It is like when you wipe yourself when you have a heavy period. I am so scared.

No need to worry. This sounds like hemorrhoids. I suggest you see your own doctor and possibly be referred to a colorectal surgeon for an examination. It is completely benign and usually easy to treat.
