Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Postinor 2 Pill?

Hello I had unprotected sex last night about 12 midnight and the guy ejaculated in me and about 8:30 this morning he got me an emergency contraceptive with the name contra 72 I have never taken this pill before and feel scared I might get pregnant because I take postinor 2 or Lydia contraceptive . Please can you tell me how effective this contra 72 is and should I be scared of getting pregnant .....?
