Is Pregnancy Still Possible After Taking The I-pill Followed By Slight Bleeding And Experiencing Stomach Gas And Body Aches?

My last period was on 10th october and lasted for 3 days. I had an intercourse on October 26th and the condom broke down. I took ipill exactly after 23 hours. On 3rd november after 1 week of taking ipill i got bleeding just like period same red color and same flow but it lasted only for 2 days. My period would be due on November 10 but due to the bleeding I am not expecting them. on 11th November I took a UPT and it came out to be negative. Are there still chances of preganancy because I am experiencing gas problem in stomach and body ache.
