i am 22 years in age by this july and i gor married in the age of 19 years.when i was married i was 46-48 kg in weight .but right now i am 55-57 in weight and my face look like bit fat. so my friends say to go for tairoid test .pls suggest me.

You could take a thyroid profile test as you are having weight. It is a blood test and will check TSH, T3 and T4 levels which are your thyroid hormones.
Do you have any other symptoms- obesity around your tummy area, stretch marks, raised BP, tiredness, irregular periods etc? If so you could have a full hormonal profile down to rule out other hormonal imbalances.
