Is Spidery Red Rash On Arm Due To Dymista Medication?

I m a 60 yr old male with insulin dependent diabetes, high triglycerides, hypertension, seasonal allergies with frequent Sinitis. I was place on Dymista in June and started to develop a rash on my left leg (8cmX12 cm area). I have been seen and treated for possible fungus infection by practitioner. I have also used topical cortisone, clamine etc. In the 5 months since it started I also have areas on my left arm, right shoulder, abdomen. The rash itches and is raised. The only change is the addition of Dymista for my allergies. Could this be causing the spidery appearing rash?

Yes there is a possibillity that dymista might be causing the skin rash. You should stop using it and ask your doctor to put you on some other antiallergic. Also take oral levocetrizine along with good potency topical steroid like clobetasol propionate. This will surely help you.
