Is Spotting And Foul Vaginal Smell And Fatigue Common After Insertion Of IUD?

i had a baby in october and am exclusively breast feeding. i had a mirena iud inserted in febuary, and since then i have had ligt bleeding 6 out of 7 days, along with an odor that started within hours of it being inserted. the past month or so i have had problems falling/staying aleep, and have no energy..maybe once every week or so i feel like myself again, but for the most part ijust feel absent. are these common side effects? when will i stop bleeding and start feeling like myself again?
