Is Swelling In Penis Normal Post Sex?

Have a minor swelling in my penis due to sex. Girl on top and slipped out. No pain or bruising. Urinating fine and was able to get an erection and ejaculate. Swelling has decreased with ice. If it goes away completely should I still go to the doctor?
