Is Using Vigamox For Puffy And Watery Eyes Safe?

Morning,

My 1 year old woke up yesterday with a runny nose, no fever, grumpy mood, sneezing, occasionally coughing (dry). Today on top of runny nose she got watery eyes, the skin around eyes is puffy red; eyes are almost half way open. They seem to be itchy. No color or crusty discharge. Baby eating well, taking naps, has wet dippers regularly. Still no fever. We had an eye infection 2 months ago and our doctor prescribed us Vigamox drops. I have enough left to use them for a week twice a day if I have to. Can’t get hold of our doctor to approve this idea. Also, can I still take her to the daycare today? Or should we wait to see our doctor first?

Thanks, Dasha.
