MRI Of Thoracic Spine Showed Thecal Sac Effacement, Intense Pain In Arms, Sides With Weakness. Remedy?

hello my mri of my thoracic spine says: persistent bone spurs with ligamentum flavum thickening at multiple levels in the thoracic spine causing thecal sac effacement. some flattening of the cord along the posterior aspect at the t3 level. I am tired of pain and it has gotten to where it is in my arm, sides, back, butt, groin , legs, and i am weak.
