My 90 Year Old Sister Was Diagnosed Several Years Ago

My 90 year old sister was diagnosed several years ago with an acoustical neuroma and has been followed with MRI's yearly. Main symptom was dizziness every once in a while and hearing loss. In the past few weeks she has had several auditory hallucinations and c/o dizziness all the time. Is verbalizing she wants surgery and says she can't live with what she is experiencing! Could these symptoms be due to the neuroma? She is NOT a good surgical candidate. Is there some other option?
