My boyfriend is a 32 very physically active man. However over the weekend he and my family had 2 days where we all did a lot of nonstop physical labor moving out of a house. And when he woke yesterday morning, Sunday. His Testicals are so swollen the sac is very firm to the touch. He also said his urine smells horrible which developed when the above problem started. What should we do or can you rule of some things for us please?
