My Husband Has Been In The Hospital Thinking It Was

My husband has been in the hospital thinking it was a heart attach. Did EKG, Lexi-Scan, and Echo Cardiogram. They said it was not his heart. He still has presure discomfort on the top part is his chest. The discomfort radiates across his chest and burning like feeling down both arms. Doctor thinks it is acid reflux. He does not have reflux. What does this sound like if it supposedly not his heart? He has 2 stints in his heart from 2002. Can you please make sugestions?
