My Mother Is Being Treated For Stomach Cancer. Her Wbc

My mother is being treated for stomach cancer. Her wbc count is 1100 and she is being given grafeel 300 injections. She is suffering from excruciating leg pain and her wbc count is not improving. Is the leg pain related to grafeel or low wbc? Also how long does the wbc take to normalise after giving grafeel and how many should one take?
