Hi Doctor, I am Rith from Chennai.in my left leg at the bottom(feet), paining from past one month. while I moving or doing some work that time its not paining but when I seat for a long time and start moving then its paining. kindly give me some prescription so that I can take instant remedy....

hi, The pain at the bottom of foot after rest is mostly due to -planter fasciiatis,To have releif you should try- - Reduce weight. - Take NSAID drugs like Ibuprofen containg pill,after food. your Dr. will choose a suitable brand for you. -You can use shoe inserts like-heel cups,Arch supports,heal wedges,Metatarsal pads -as per Orthopedic dr's advice. -Do regular stretching exercises for feet for having a releif in long run.
