Pain In The Chest And Arm. ECG Normal. Advised To Take Zetic, Esmoprazole And Peltonc. Pain Recurring With Weight Loss

i have pain right side of my chest and arm too . i just vist heart spec he toke my ecg and said to me that u r ok no need to worry . he gave me zentic+esomoprazole+peltonc . atfer taking these pill i feel bater but when i left these pills .chest pain start agin . iam having this problem form past 9 months . some time i feel there is nothing but after few days pain came back. plese help me . i have all ready lost 10 kg wait in this period. thanks

Thanks for your query,
I think everything is normal except for the weight loss. I also thought that you have got acid peptic disorder that's why being benefited by esomeprazole or there is worm infestation so albendazole ( zentic) is helping out.
I wish if you could go for CT scan chest to rule out the deadly cause of weight loss i.e tuberculosis and cancer.
If CT scan comes normal you may relax and the cause may be simple musculoskeletal involving the brachial plexus of the neck which can be relieved by analgesics and muscle relaxants.....
