Pelvic Area, Ovaries Pain And Tenderness, Bloated, Lower Back Pain. Done Hysterectomy And Sonography. Will Painkillers Suffice?

Dear Dr., I have been getting pain in my pelvic area/ovaries. I have done an hysrectonomy 4 years ago. Recently, did a pelvic sonography and awaiting results. Was briefly told that my ovaries are tender but no cysts visible. What could be the reason of this pain...tried reading online for some answers but not clear. I can feel bloating of my stomach, lower back pain, hunger not affected, no constipation, no nausea, dont feel the need to urinate too often, but pain subsides only with painkillers and I cannot walk long distances, as it hurts It is immense when I rise from bed in the mornings. Thank you for your help.
