Periodic Itching On Ball Of Foot And Toes, Started After Wearing Socks. Taking Antihistamines. Remedy?

I have periodic itching of the ball of the foot and the toes (only on one foot) and the centre of the palms of both hands
started a couple of months ago when wearing socks and trainers, feet got heat, tiny itchy blister appeared. The foot affected and the centre of palms have seemed very dry since. Have taken antihistamines in case it's prickly heat, gets worse of an evening and sometimes in bed, worse if I am examining them.

Hi, it might be the allergy to the material of the socks,or might be the infection may be fungal or bacterial. So i advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe levocitrizine, grisofulvin, and some antibiotic . Thank you.
