What Should I Do When My Transvaginal Scan Shows A Right Hemorrhagic Ovarian Cyst, And Possible PID?

Please doctor,I just had a transvaginal scan which showed the thickness of the endometrium to be 14mm,a retroverted and normal size uterus measuring 7.4 * 3.77 * 4.88cm, myometrial architecture is smooth and homogeneous ,no fibroid uteri,the cavity is empty,intact and regular, but small fluid collection in pouch of Douglas,salpinges shows nothing remarkable but in summary the doctor indicated right haemorrhagic ovarian cyst(functional) and suggesting pid
