R&D For Hair, Dry, Rough, Scaly And Itchy Scalp, Male Pattern Baldness. Precaution While Formulating Hair Oil?

Hi Sir,
I'm professionally a Cosmetologist by profession. I'm doing R&D for Hair Oil dry, rough, scaly& itchy scalp which i have personally. I'm personally of vata dosha & my husband is of pitta dosha (whose intensity of pitta is more & he is also suffering from male pattern baldness) &There is hard water for routine Usage. So, Plz suggest me what kind of precaution should be taken & what kind of points should be taken while formulating a hair oil.

Thanks & Regards,
Madhuri
