Should I Be Concerned About Pregnancy If I Missed My Period, Had Heavy Bleeding Despite Being On The Combination Pill And Missing A Pill Or Two?

Around April 30th, I had missed my period. I was worried, because although I did not have penetrative sex, I had oral sex. There was no ejaculation, however, I did insert my fingers into my vagina. I am on the combination pill, but did miss a pill or two that month. However, I did have heavy bleeding after this, around May 5th. It lasted four days. I missed my period again. I have also hade intense amounts of exercise (2-3 Hours) with low caloric intake (1600-1800) for the past month. Should I be concerned at pregnancy?
