Should I Give My 4-year-old Son Domstal For A Stomach Issue After Vomiting And Having A Mild Cold And Cough?

hii, my 4 year old son vomited after 5hrs of the meal he had at the airport ….I think he has a upset stomach…also he is suffering frm a mild cold n cough…i gave him ondem…should I also giv him domstal or any other medicine related to stomach infection??
