Should I See An Endocrinologist For Adrenal Stressors, Fibro, Asthma, Chronic Pain And Diabetes?

I suspect i have addrenal stressors. I have fibro, asthma, chronic pain, and diabetes. I am also an amputee, below the left knee. I see my primary care and a pain Dr regularly. I take Lyrica, duloxatine, glipizide, metformin, Belbuca for pain, and level is and victoza. To help me sleep, tizanidine. Do I need to see an endocrinologist as well? I am exhausted spending most of my days in bed. I m disabled.
