Should A Child Be Hospitalized For High Fever Along With Headache And Constipation?
My ten year old son has is very fatigue with body aches and a temp of 102. I gave him 1 tablet of Motrin Ibuprofen 200 mg and his fever went down to 99 but 4 hours later it spiked back up to 102. He says that his throat, stomach, head doesn't hurt but he is complaining that his head feel hot and his body is cold. He hasn't felt like eating and he hasn't had a BM today. Should I take him in? Is this just the flu?
