Should A Doctor Be Consulted For Redness On The Penis Tip While Suffering From Cerebral Palsy?
My son has cerebal palsy and is total care. He is 24 and the underneath side of his penis up to the tip is very red. It s been this way for 2 to 3 days now and I m not sure if i should take him to the doctor or try something OTC. He has just recently finished a 2nd round of antibiotics for ear/sinus infection

It might be a superficial bacterial infection.
As a first line management you can apply topical antibiotics like Mupirocin after cleaning with soap and water. You can consult a physician in case the lesion persist for long.
