Should There Be Bleeding While On Treatment For Blood Clot In Womb?

i have a blood clot in my womb after a manual vaccum abortion, i was given by the doctor steron and another white capsule its written in thai cannot read it, i dont feel any pain and dont bleed too, i only bleed 2 days wednesday after the abortion and thursday, does it mean i have a problem, is it must i bleed?
