HI there, i have been haveing skin sensitivity on my back on the lower left side. It radiates around to the mid- stomach as well. The skin feels like it s sun-burned, but there is no rash and I ve not been n the sun. There is also nerve pain that radiates down from the back through the left leg and groin . Dermatologist 's  Response
hi there,
the description u are giving suggests a pre herpetic pain of herpes zoster.this is the pain which arises in a segmental fashion before onset of vesicles on an erythematous base . this is a viral infeection caused by varicella zoster virus. i would suggest you to show it to a dermatologist in case any vesicles are seen in the area.possible treatment would include an NSAID or amytryptiline or gabapentin.
