Spotting Orange, Heavy Breasts, Headache, Bloating. Concerned

Hi, I am only 16 years old and this is the first time I have spotted orange discharge after a red/pinky colour discharge, I am slightly concerned on what this issue may be. I am due on my period but i do not feel the same, i feel slight body changes such as weight on my breast feel heavier, tiny headaches , bloating in the stomache and a slight feeling of period pains. Im am so confused! Please answer ASAP. Thankyou
