Staphylococcus Aureus Infections, Dermadew Soap

sir before i used to be very fare but now my color is gone but 1 dermotologist prefers that dermadew is a nice soap so am using that soap now is it better and am suffering with staphyloccocus aureus infection

It smoothens and moisturizer the skin..,
But for staphylococcus infection ...follow.,
1) Cap..Cephalexin 500 mg 2 times daily for 5 days..,
2) For dryness of skin....ELOVERA...cream 2 times daily..,
3) Any infection on skin use antibacterial cream Fusidic acid ..,
4) Antibacterial soap....will prevents the further infection..,
TRICLOSAN soap..,
