Sudden Lightheadedness, Nausea After Having Food. Cause?

i just had a sudden spell of extreme lightheadedness, I almost passed out at work. I ate a hearty lunch and have felt perfectly fine otherwise. I am still experiencing some residual feelings of being lightheaded, perhaps some mild nausea. what do you think may have caused this? should i schedule an appointment with my doctor?

Hi,You felt light headed, had food, still feelig light headed, some nausea.
The causes of dizzy ness is infection of the internal ear. High or low blood pressure, or excess or low blood sugar, or starvation.
It is always better to get examined by a doctor, for finding the fault. Thank you.
