Suggest A Remedy For Lumbar DDD
Dear Doctor,
I am a sixty-seven year old woman diagnosed with DDD, lumbar injury, as well as osteoarthritis in much of the rest of my body. The most vexsome aspect I have to deal with is DDD, as it has attacked the middled of my spine, causing me severe, severe pain. I cannot sit up for more than 5-10 minutes. I have I have had XRays, MRIs, examinations by my personal doctor as well as a rheumatologist. The emphasis seems to be on lumbar DDD. What can I do?
